The Platform Sales team collaborates with B2B Software Platforms to streamline payment processing for their clients through our innovative Stripe Connect product. Notable partners include Shopware, Jimdo, Eversports, and Shopify. As a vital member of the Stripe Platforms team, you will nurture and enhance relationships with a designated account portfolio while exploring new growth avenues for Stripe.

Your Role
As an Account Executive (Grower), you will forge partnerships between Stripe and the globe's most innovative software platforms, demonstrating how Stripe's online commerce infrastructure can transform payment processes into a competitive advantage for their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate a designated account portfolio while developing strategic plans to win and expand business with upper-middle-market and enterprise SaaS Platform companies.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with C-level executives, ensuring effective engagement and communication.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure for upper-middle-market and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with team leaders across multiple disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Product, Finance) to facilitate intricate product workshops and financial analyses.
- Lead and negotiate complex commercial and contractual agreements.
- Contribute to the development of our platform partnership strategy, creating repeatable processes and scalable engagement models.
- Participate in team initiatives to enhance and refine our sales processes.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to inform and influence product strategy.
