The Parkinson’s Disease Account Executive (AE) plays a pivotal role in maximizing business opportunities involving approved therapeutic products in the Parkinson’s Franchise. The PD AE will cultivate and nurture strategic business relationships with key stakeholders, including Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, Advanced Practice Providers, and various healthcare professionals. The primary focus will be on enhancing awareness of product benefits and therapeutic gaps while driving sales and expanding the current business portfolio. Additionally, the PD AE will foster compliant relationships with Parkinson’s advocacy and support groups to better serve patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compelling on-label technical and scientific presentations to showcase product benefits and risks, ensuring sales quota achievement.
- Identify and understand customer needs, establishing strong relationships that lead to improved patient outcomes.
- Act as the lead commercial contact for targeted accounts within the assigned territory, addressing customer and patient needs compliantly and effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts, including sales monitoring and stakeholder communication.
- Engage in local neurology society meetings, conferences, and advocacy events to represent AbbVie and enhance product awareness.
- Adapt business strategies based on account dynamics to optimize market impact.
