We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to foster and manage relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, identify partnership opportunities, and contribute to the retention and growth of essential client relationships. Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts by leveraging existing relationships and forging new ones to achieve measurable growth in revenue, renewals, expansions, and referrals.
- Identify potential target accounts and customers within those accounts based on our expertise.
- Qualify leads and guide sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
- Manage client expectations and perceptions regarding pre- and post-product delivery.
- Create and implement strategic account plans, forecasts, and execution strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between delivery and sales teams.
- Oversee existing accounts and assist with the creation, modification, and submission of statements of work.
- Support account profitability and oversee invoicing.
- Ensure accuracy in revenue forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales.
- Deep understanding of IT services, software development, and related technologies and processes.
- A robust portfolio of clients.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Skilled in creating technical presentations and proposals.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
Soft Skills:

- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Proactive in learning new technologies and enhancing skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Background in Engineering or Computer Science.
