Role Summary:
As a key player in Stand’s growth engine, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key channel partners and driving seamless sales conversions from start to finish. Your role will involve qualifying leads and transforming them into swift, bindable deals using an efficient, system-driven approach that emphasizes high throughput, strong conversion rates, and a broker experience characterized by clarity, speed, and reliability.
In this operational role, you will also enhance our systems by identifying gaps in rules, tools, and processes, providing valuable insights to our Revenue Operations, Product, and Underwriting teams. You will blend executional excellence with a commitment to continuous improvement, enabling Stand to scale rapidly and effectively.

What You Bring:
Experiences that Give You an Edge:
A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in a channel sales environment.
A proven track record of achieving ambitious sales or production targets.
Experience working with an insurance broker or firm is a plus.
