This immersive 90-day blended-learning program is designed to equip you with the critical skills required to manage a multi-million-dollar retail business. You will receive comprehensive support through training sessions, hands-on experience, and mentorship, focusing on key areas such as Store Operations, Business Management, Customer Experience, Floor Supervision, and Talent Management.
Successfully completing this program marks your first step toward a leadership role and provides you with the foundational skills necessary for effective store management while fostering collaborative relationships with your team.
The program includes regular check-ins and assessments at 30, 60, and 90 days to track your progress and growth. Our goal is to empower you to develop independently while ensuring you receive strong, long-term career support from your team. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in the overall operations of the store, including staffing, hiring, training, business analysis, driving sales success, visual merchandising, market analysis, and human resource management.
