In this role, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, working with raw materials, performing quality checks, and packaging high-quality products tailored to our customers' specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the correct materials are supplied in the right quantities to the production lines.
Oversee the timely and successful startup of line and equipment.
Operate profile and compound lines following established protocols.
Execute color and tool changeovers efficiently.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
Adjust production lines to maintain quality standards and productivity.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
Document production metrics accurately, including scrap and run conditions.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
