Associates will embark on multiple rotations, acquiring practical experience, receiving mentorship from seasoned leaders, and engaging in specialized training crafted to accelerate their career trajectories.

Program Structure:
Initial Training (2-4 weeks): Associates will participate in immersive training across various teams, including Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Business Development, and Product Operations. This period emphasizes foundational training, business acumen, and industry-specific knowledge.
Focused Rotations: After the training phase, associates will be assigned to specific teams aligned with their skills and interests. Each associate will complete two rotations (approximately 12 months each), providing deeper engagement, increased responsibilities, and meaningful contributions within those areas.
Potential Rotational Areas:
Product Marketing: Delve into how we position, communicate, and launch our products, gaining insights into user behavior while shaping the future of our offerings.
