We are seeking a skilled Java Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AngularJS, ReactJS, and AWS, with additional knowledge of Spring Boot being a plus. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Azure or AWS Cloud environments and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE frameworks, particularly Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, RESTful Web Services, iBatis, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS3, Maven, and Jenkins.
Additionally, a strong understanding of database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning, is essential.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle and project life cycle activities is required. The candidate should also have at least 3 years of experience in design and architecture review, showcasing their ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse stakeholder environment.
Experience in requirements gathering, both functional and non-functional, along with a good exposure to design patterns is expected. Candidates should be eager to work in a global delivery environment and embody best practices, security techniques, conventions, and coding standards.
