Role OverviewJoin ProVal Technologies as a Project Coordinator, where your main responsibility will be to oversee project coordination rather than direct engineering tasks. You will collaborate closely with our technical consultants and engineers to ensure successful project management from an organizational and communication perspective.Your role will encompass supporting projects that include technical assessments, tool implementations, integrations, and operational enhancements. While deep technical experience in managed services or Tier 3 support is not required, your success will depend on your exceptional organizational abilities, proactive follow-up, and aptitude for translating plans into actionable steps.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Delivery Support:Assist the sales team in project scoping by consulting and coordinating with technical experts.Assign projects based on team bandwidth, availability, and scheduling.Manage multiple client projects concurrently from initiation to completion.Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks.Ensure internal teams are aligned on responsibilities, timelines, and expectations.Proactively follow up to maintain project momentum and adherence to commitments.Support scheduling, logistics, and task management for the team.Regularly present project reports to management, highlighting risks and opportunities.Client Communication & Expectation Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients during active projects.Organize and schedule project meetings, check-ins, and work sessions.Effectively communicate project scope, timelines, and next steps to clients.Provide consistent and professional status updates and documentation.Serve as a point of escalation for client inquiries.Operational & Documentation Support:Maintain comprehensive project plans, task lists, and status updates.Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.Assist with Statements of Work (SOW) coordination, change tracking, and project documentation.Help standardize project coordination templates, workflows, and best practices.Cross-Functional Enablement:Collaborate closely with consultants, engineers, and leadership across various service lines.Identify risks, bottlenecks, or misalignments early and escalate as necessary.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Support capacity awareness and prioritization across multiple projects.
