YOUR ROLE Aggregate, validate, enhance, and distribute extensive datasets from major data vendors such as Bloomberg and LSEG. Design, test, implement, and maintain various databases and APIs. Architect tailored software solutions for business stakeholders to optimize daily data management and evaluation across the organization. Facilitate large-scale migrations for global, multi-asset data. Oversee the daily operation of our production systems. Conduct both proactive and reactive system maintenance as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise-level distributed systems, particularly in Java. Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL, Oracle RDBMS). A keen interest in trading and financial markets. PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Prior experience in the financial services sector, particularly with trading systems. Proficiency in managing large datasets using Python. Familiarity with HBase, Hadoop, or equivalent cloud storage solutions. Understanding of the Linux environment. Experience using version control systems such as SVN or Git.
