We currently have an exciting and urgent opportunity for an ITSM Process Consultant for a permanent role based in London, England. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who specializes in IT Service Management Processes following ITIL 2011 best practices.
As our ITSM Process Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing ITSM processes from start to finish.
- Providing guidance and support to delivery teams to enhance service management processes.
- Defining process KPIs and metrics to effectively monitor performance.
- Conducting maturity assessments and gap analyses in line with ITIL and ISO 20000 standards.
- Aligning IT service management processes with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Participating in internal audits.
- Familiarity with service management tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and HP Service Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
- ITIL certification at an intermediate level (SO, ST, and SD); ITIL Expert certification is preferred.
- ISO 20000 Implementer/Practitioner certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present effectively.
