Your proficiency in Italian will be instrumental as you guide customers through the platform, providing precise information on services, application processes, and eligibility requirements to ensure a seamless user experience. Your efforts will play a key role in fostering understanding and accessibility of government resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat for government service inquiries
- Assist clients with questions regarding applications, eligibility, and available services
- Professionally resolve customer issues and concerns
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the accurate dissemination of information and services
- Collect customer feedback to inform service improvements
- Stay updated on government services and processes to provide relevant guidance and information
