Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in overseeing the full life cycle of IT projects, particularly in Infrastructure and Security. Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience in an Agile role such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar is a plus. Ability to prepare weekly project status updates for stakeholders. Proficiency in maintaining project logs and artifacts, including issues, risks, and mitigation actions. Strong skills in MS Project and MS Office; knowledge of JIRA is desirable. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct IT projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing successful outcomes aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans that outline objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate activities, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Track project progress and performance metrics, delivering regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project inquiries, maintaining responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Engage in account management and business development activities to leverage new opportunities within client ecosystems.
