Qualifications
What You’ll DoTeam Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing, multi-functional IT team. Strategy & Planning: Create roadmaps, OKRs, and capacity plans for all pillars including End User Services, Systems, Endpoint, and Digital Workplace. Infrastructure Management: Supervise the administration and reliability of core IT infrastructure hardware and systems such as VDI, identity management, collaboration tools, SaaS platforms, directory services, and authentication methods. Architecture & Design: Direct systems architecture decisions to ensure scalable and secure configurations. Endpoint Strategy: Manage the device strategy across macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms. Collaboration Tools: Oversee tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Miro, Notion, and Atlassian. Governance & Compliance: Implement IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Automation & Integration: Promote integration, automation, and tool governance to streamline processes across teams. Vendor & Budget Management: Maintain vendor relationships, handle renewals, and manage budget allocations for platforms and hardware.
