Provide training and ongoing support to users during and after system implementations to promote adoption. Lead new feature rollouts by defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets. Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and enhancement requests for PLM and its integrations, such as CAD. Support installation and post-launch activities for upgrades and new modules in the PLM system. Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to implement upgrades and new modules. Address infrastructure and configuration questions related to PLM and its integrations. Collaborate with a global PLM team to align systems and improve processes across regions. This group ensures that teams in supply chain, accounting, sales, engineering, modeling, simulation, field maintenance, and manufacturing have the tools they need for success.
