Role Overview
As the IT Systems & A/V Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify needs and prioritize secure implementation and maintenance of corporate applications, while advocating for IT best practices.
Implementing and managing tools aimed at enhancing IT operational efficiencies and automation, with a focus on utilizing cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI chatbots).
Ensuring compliance with evolving security standards and policies, while future-proofing automation processes, computer systems, mobile device management (MDM), office network infrastructure, and remote collaboration solutions.
Optimizing configurations and workflows for access management utilizing Workday data, Okta configurations, and related applications.
Defining requirements, developing, and rigorously testing workflows and automations using iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier) to streamline manual processes for IT and business stakeholders.
Creating, maintaining, and promoting IT standards, procedures, and documentation.
Promoting IT initiatives throughout the organization by providing exceptional internal customer service via service desk tickets and access management.
