Dataiku is looking for a full-time IT Support Technician to join our dynamic Information & Technology Team. This role will be based in our New York City office, where you will directly report to the IT Support Manager for the Americas.

We seek a motivated individual with a strong technical foundation, a pragmatic approach, and a positive mindset. The success of Dataiku employees globally hinges on our IT Operations, which oversee the systems, networks, and services essential to their productivity.

Our current IT environment is modern, agile, and cloud-focused, featuring tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Asana, Airtable, Freshservice, and Zoom, among others. With a hardware distribution of 90% Mac and 10% Windows, experience with both systems is preferred. The IT Support Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our employees, whether they work in our offices or remotely.

As Dataiku continues to expand, you will play a key role in our IT Support Team, supporting our growth trajectory. This position is highly hands-on and onsite, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the forefront of IT support.
