Support installation and post-launch activities for upgrades and new modules in the PLM system. Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to implement upgrades and new modules. Address infrastructure and configuration questions related to PLM and its integrations. Collaborate with a global PLM team to align systems and improve processes across regions.
