This position is based in Montreal. Mistplay follows a hybrid work model in Canada, with team members attending the office at 1001 Blvd. Robert-Bourassa two days per week.
Role overview
The IT Support Specialist plays a key part in shaping the employee experience within a fully macOS and SaaS-based environment. This role manages Help Desk operations and serves as the main contact for IT support and questions. The main objective is to ensure technology runs smoothly for all team members.
