Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesQuickly respond to support requests through phone, email, Slack, or our ITSM platform. Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical challenges with computers, TVs, mobile devices, printers, and network issues. Assist users with software applications, account access, and password resets. Meticulously document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with comprehensive details. Help onboard new employees by setting up user accounts and devices. Assist with offboarding tasks, including disabling accounts and reclaiming equipment. Work collaboratively with IT team members to identify and resolve recurring issues. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
