Join Our Team as an IT Support Specialist I at EquipmentShare!

At EquipmentShare, we are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Specialist I to join our corporate office in Columbia, MO. As our department expands, we need a tech-savvy individual who is eager to support our growing team and enhance our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to incoming requests via phone, email, Slack, or our IT service management platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, televisions, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Assist users with software applications, account access, and password management.
  • Document all interactions and solutions accurately in our ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with comprehensive details.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees by setting up user accounts and devices.
  • Manage offboarding tasks, including account deactivation and equipment retrieval.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for support needs.
