About the Role

We are in search of an IT Support Specialist for our Madrid team to assist our employees globally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Service Desk & Helpdesk: Setting up laptops for new hires and providing onsite and remote support for our employees worldwide, on both Windows and macOS systems.
  • Designing and refining our IT environment, including automating processes where possible.
  • Creating onboarding and IT materials for new employees.
  • Managing our Google systems and licenses.
