Tactical Recon & Strike Team The Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division leads two primary missions: developing autonomous drones and scaling up solid rocket motor production. The team transforms products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from concept to operational systems, working alongside experts in engineering, operations, and manufacturing. Within TRS, the Rocket Motor Systems group designs and manufactures solid rocket motors using advanced materials and proprietary methods to meet diverse mission requirements. Software and hardware engineers collaborate to create robotics and propulsion systems that perform reliably in demanding environments. Role Overview The Systems Engineer will be a key contributor within the TRS division, shaping products such as Altius, Anvil, Bolt, and Ghost. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and systems engineering, especially for safety-critical applications. Responsibilities include guiding technical direction, overseeing comprehensive product design, and coordinating across teams to deliver essential capabilities. The position involves both hands-on problem solving and strategic planning to support Anduril’s mission. What You Will Do Lead systems engineering processes for core Anduril products, including Altius, Anvil, Bolt, and Ghost. Collaborate with product leads to define, staff, and deliver new capabilities by working with Business Lines and clarifying product requirements and deliverables.
