We are currently seeking a driven IT Support Engineer to become a valuable member of our team.
As part of the Group’s IT Helpdesk team and reporting to the IT Operations Director, you will provide support to users across all business units, specializing in 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day end-user IT support as a member of the Group’s Helpdesk team
- Oversee and maintain PCs and laptops, both remotely and on-site
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, as well as manage user accounts and configurations
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets within established timelines
- Utilize internal knowledge bases and reliable sources to provide accurate solutions
- Prioritize multiple concurrent issues and follow up with users to ensure full system functionality
- Maintain all endpoints in optimal condition and prepare weekly reports
- Administer Active Directory, including user onboarding/offboarding and security group management
- Manage cloud-based platforms such as RMM and Microsoft 365
- Adhere to operational and security protocols, guaranteeing compliance and system integrity
