Position Overview
We are currently expanding our team and are seeking an IT Support Engineer who will be situated at one of our client's locations in Athens. This role involves providing comprehensive day-to-day technical support to our client's staff. The selected candidate will be an official employee of Athens Technology Center (ATC) and will report directly to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Maintain workstations, networks, and peripheral devices.
  • Set up user accounts and workstations.
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues for end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to implement new projects and resolve complex challenges.
  • Develop and update technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and ticketing systems.
