Join our high-caliber IT infrastructure team as an IT Support Engineer and contribute to the seamless operation of critical biometric devices located at essential sites. You will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to ensuring these pivotal systems operate flawlessly, 24/7.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Installation & Configuration: Collaborate in the setup and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and associated peripherals to aid project teams.
  • Essential On-Site IT Assistance: Deliver first-level on-site IT support on a 24x7 rotational shift basis, including public holidays (10 am to 10 pm / 10 pm to 10 am), ensuring critical system uptime.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, providing prompt updates to the Project Manager regarding significant escalations.
  • Proactive System Oversight: Conduct daily health checks and inventory assessments to avert downtime and confirm that all systems and devices are functioning correctly.
  • Technical Support Proficiency: Leverage your hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and applications within a Windows environment.
