About the Team
The IT Operations team at Airwallex is the first line of support for employees encountering technology-related issues. We pride ourselves on our friendly demeanor, welcoming new hires on their first day, assisting employees with tech support, and managing our hardware and laptop fleet across all global offices. Our services are delivered through a service desk, chat, face-to-face interactions, and Zoom in our core locations.
Job Summary
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support to our Airwallex team, both in-office and remotely, while taking the lead for operations in the Americas.
