Join our distinguished IT infrastructure support team as an IT Support Engineer and play a vital role in ensuring the operational continuity of essential biometric devices at critical locations. Become part of a proactive team committed to maintaining essential systems around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Implementation & Configuration: Support the installation and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices to facilitate project requirements.
  • Critical On-Site IT Support: Deliver first-level on-site IT support on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including public holidays (10 am to 10 pm / 10 pm to 10 am), ensuring that essential systems remain operational.
  • Troubleshooting & Escalation: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing timely updates to the Project Manager regarding major escalations.
  • Proactive System Monitoring: Conduct daily health checks and inventory assessments to avert system downtimes and ensure optimal functionality of all devices.
  • Technical Support Expertise: Leverage hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and applications within a Windows environment.
