On-Site IT Support: Deliver first-level on-site IT support on a 24/7 rotational shift basis, including public holidays (10 am to 10 pm / 10 pm to 10 am), ensuring the operational continuity of critical systems. Troubleshooting & Escalation: Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing timely updates to the Project Manager regarding major escalations. Proactive System Monitoring: Conduct daily health checks and inventory assessments to avert downtime and guarantee all systems and devices are functioning optimally.
