Qualifications

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have:Significant experience with Mac support, Google Workspace, and Slack administration. Proficiency in managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Kandji/Iru or JAMF). Strong knowledge of Okta and Okta Workflows (Okta Certified Professional/Administrator is preferred). Familiarity with API orchestration platforms (like Okta Workflows), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform), and network authentication protocols (RADIUS). Experience with scripting languages (such as Python) and Google Apps Manager (GAM). A solid understanding of networking concepts and internet tools (Wi-Fi, routers, switches). Experience in supporting Google Meet and room scheduling systems. Knowledge of SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance standards.

About the Role:
As the primary IT support contact for our New York office, you will be responsible for providing first-response support for IT requests across the globe during your shift. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, optimizing in-office networking and AV systems, and collaborating with various teams to facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, you will document processes, manage laptop shipments for the U. S. region, and ensure a smooth experience for Wi-Fi and video conferencing.
