The PDM will play a crucial role in identifying, tracking, and capturing new business opportunities within designated Strategic Campaigns, as well as leading proposal efforts.Key Responsibilities:Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of program opportunities within assigned Strategic Campaigns, contributing to the overall corporate strategy.Guide opportunities through a milestone-based process, culminating in either proposal development or a no-bid decision.Serve as Proposal Manager for assigned proposals, coordinating with technical teams to develop compelling proposal content, including technical solutions, win themes, features, benefits, proof points, and visuals.Establish and manage proposal schedules and budgets, ensuring prompt delivery of all necessary content.Create teaming strategies and formulate teaming agreements and subcontract RFPs.Produce marketing materials that effectively communicate SciTec’s capabilities and solutions to clients and industry partners.Provide updates to corporate and portfolio leadership regarding the status and advancements of the new business pipeline and initiatives.Support pre-award activities, including customer inquiries, BAFO responses, and engagement with teammates.

About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Product Security, you will engage in the hands-on design and implementation of security-focused software solutions. Your primary objective will be to integrate security into our development processes from the outset. This includes the incorporation of automated controls like Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and vulnerability scanning within our CI/CD pipelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our internal libraries and infrastructure related to authentication, authorization, and logging, while aiding in the deployment of monitoring tools for operational services. Additionally, you will work closely with the Principal Security Engineer and various teams to align our systems with NIST 800-171/CMMC requirements. In this impact-driven environment, you will prioritize the delivery of secure code and architecture, with minimal bureaucracy.
