Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company, marketing, or sales in a junior, assistant, or researcher capacity. Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible scheduling available for students). Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, both written and spoken. Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational capabilities. Ability to adapt and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Analytical thinker with proficiency in processing, interpreting, and presenting data. Creative and innovative approach to sourcing strategies to attract premier talent.

Join our dynamic Global Recruitment Team as an IT Researcher at Miratech! In this pivotal role, you will assist in building robust technology teams across the globe. Your recruitment efforts will span over 25 countries, where one day you might be sourcing exceptional IT talent in Europe or India, and the next exploring opportunities in Latin America or Canada.

As an IT Researcher, your key responsibilities will include identifying and engaging top IT talent, conducting thorough market research, and establishing solid candidate pipelines to support our international recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal databases, job boards, and social networks.
  • Perform CV screenings, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and ensure all information is current.
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates, including cold outreach, to foster initial engagement.
  • Conduct market analyses, research, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to inform hiring decisions.
  • Maintain, organize, and expand our internal recruitment databases and associated reports.
  • Work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to streamline the hiring process.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to fulfill the objectives of this role.
