- Define project scope and establish schedules with a focus on delivering value consistently.
- Organize and lead project meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
- Prepare and disseminate progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring adherence to plans.
- Develop initiatives for continuous improvement of business processes.
- Guide the team in making informed decisions regarding system implementations and modifications.
- Create and update business process documentation for training and testing purposes.
- Implement a structured project management process and advocate for continuous improvement of Agile practices.
- Deliver an agile transformation strategy to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Utilize standard performance metrics to evaluate project success.
- Facilitate the use of Agile tools and guidelines to standardize project execution across teams.
- Monitor cost, schedule adherence, and technical quality of work.
- Provide technical analysis reports to support organizational discussions.
