This role entails managing, mentoring, and guiding your team to ensure project success at every stage—from the initial bidding process through to completion. You will be accountable for meeting or surpassing client expectations while emphasizing safety and profitability. To excel in this role, you must be dependable, self-driven, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Key Responsibilities: Foster a robust safety culture for all employees, vendors, and clients by adhering to health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Proactively identify and communicate any workplace hazards. Supervise Associate Project Managers and Project Managers, fulfilling supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including employee training, work allocation, and problem resolution. Provide guidance to project staff with minimal supervision, reviewing project proposals to fully understand the work scope, funding limitations, staffing requirements, and project timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring continuous communication and collaboration. Coordinate with project teams to outline work plans, assign responsibilities, and hold productive meetings to resolve issues as they arise. Manage contracts from initial discussions through to final project close-out, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
