You will contribute to a production system actively used by customers, developing and deploying features, influencing architectural decisions, and aiding in the scaling of the platform in a real-world environment.This role is impactful, providing significant ownership from Day 1, and allows for deep engagement with a single product while being part of a broader AI-centric organization.Your ResponsibilitiesProduct & Feature DevelopmentDesign and implement production features across both the frontend and backendDevelop user interface components for the operator dashboard (Next.js, React, TypeScript)Design and implement API endpoints and backend logic (Bun/Elysia, PostgreSQL)Integrate external enterprise APIs and internal AI servicesCreate and maintain tests for critical workflowsLead and advance key product areas, including the approval queueHuman-in-the-Loop SystemsDevelop and optimize SLA tracking, escalation logic, and operator workflowsCreate analytical views for call patterns, approvals, and performance metricsSupport live production operations during the enterprise pilotProduction & ReliabilityMonitor and enhance system reliability and performance metrics
