Key Responsibilities:Provide first- and second-level support for internal usersAnalyze, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents and service requests sustainablyManage and maintain tickets in the ticketing system following ITIL processesSetup, configure, and maintain workstations (both hardware and software)Install, configure, and administer end devices (clients, peripherals, mobile devices)Facilitate installation, configuration, and maintenance of standard software and specialized applicationsExecute software rollouts, updates, and patchesCollaborate with product management, development, and other departmentsCreate comprehensive reports, documentation, and knowledge base articlesRequirements:Completed IT training or an equivalent qualification2-3 years of professional experience in IT support or service desk environmentsStrong analytical skills in addressing user and system challengesStructured, solutions-oriented, and independent work ethicGood technical and organizational skillsService-oriented, friendly, and professional attitude in user interactionsAbility to communicate solutions clearly and effectively to customers and colleaguesCapability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a customer-focused mindsetTeam player with experience in international and multicultural teamsFluency in English, both written and spokenCandidates must present a criminal record certificate issued within the last three months.
