We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:A University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proficient command of the English language (C2 level certification preferred; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate is advantageous). At least 2 years of experience in a networking role. Strong grasp of network and firewall platforms (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, ClearPass). Hands-on experience with wireless technologies (e.g., Ubiquiti Networks) and network monitoring/capacity management tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds). Familiarity with network technologies, including routing protocols (Static, OSPF, VRRP/HSRP), VLANs, SPAN, Ethernet, ACL, VPNs, and SNMP. Experience with VoIP technologies, including Quality of Service (QoS). CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL certifications are a plus. Understanding of cloud environments (e.g., Azure). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

PeopleCert is seeking a dedicated IT Network Administrator to elevate and optimize our IT operations. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical skills and industry knowledge within a dynamic, collaborative team that upholds an ISO 27001–certified, 24/7 operational environment. Our hybrid infrastructure utilizes advanced virtualization, cloud technologies, and Microsoft 365 services, providing a vibrant platform for professional advancement and innovation.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, configuring, testing, and documenting network equipment and systems according to established designs and specifications.
  • Overseeing daily networking functions to ensure reliability, availability, and serviceability with minimal disruptions.
  • Monitoring network performance to guarantee continuous access for all users, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Providing Tier 2 support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Configuring firewall security settings to manage access for groups and individuals while facilitating incoming data provisions.
  • Leading network technology upgrades and expansion projects, including hardware and software installations, integration testing, and coordination with minimal impact on existing systems.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Executing disaster recovery operations.
  • Delivering technical support, responding to user tickets, and troubleshooting reported network issues.
  • Engaging in the troubleshooting of interconnected systems and providing valuable feedback.
