Qualifications:Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Professional and courteous demeanor when addressing user issues. Basic knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365 software. Understanding of network protocols.0-2 years of experience in IT; a degree or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent in English, with bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) being a plus. Willingness to work beyond 40 hours per week as required by workload. Physical ability to lift and manage up to 45 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, stooping, and stretching for equipment placement and retrieval.

The IT Help Desk Analyst in Mexico City provides technical support for users, handling issues with hardware, software, and network systems. This position works directly with end users to resolve problems and maintain smooth daily operations.

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems involving workstations, printers, network connections, and software applications.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade both software and hardware as needed.
  • Manage user accounts on the network, including setting up Windows logins, creating email accounts, and granting access to applications while maintaining data security.
  • Identify user training needs and recommend appropriate training opportunities based on support interactions.
  • Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned and stay productive in changing environments.
