Job Summary
In the role of IT Engineer at Etched, you will play a pivotal part in fostering an environment where our teams can operate at peak efficiency. Acting as a reliable source of support, you will ensure our high-performance engineering and operational environments function smoothly, allowing teams to innovate without hindrances. Your responsibilities will encompass driving productivity across the company, equipping engineers with the necessary tools and infrastructure for rapid progress, and promoting a culture of operational excellence throughout all systems. From facilitating advanced chip development workflows to optimizing everyday IT operations, you will help maintain our momentum in creating transformative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive IT Support:
Deliver hands-on IT support across the organization, including ASIC design teams, software and platform engineering, business operations, and scalable computing teams.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure uninterrupted access in alignment with engineering and leadership workflows.
Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, systems, access protocols, and ticket workflows.
Device & Endpoint Management:
Administer both on-site and remote laptops, desktops, and networking equipment with a focus on usability, security, and remote management capabilities.
Implement and manage MDM and MAM solutions for Mac and Windows devices.
Deploy and maintain antivirus, antimalware, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and Extended Detection & Response (XDR) solutions.
Facilitate hardware procurement, staging, imaging, and maintenance for development and operational teams.
Identity & Access Management:
Manage identity and access protocols to ensure secure and efficient access to company resources.
