We are seeking an experienced IT Digital Platforms Architect to champion key enterprise digital initiatives, such as CRM–ERP integration, IoT platform consolidation, and customer-facing digital platforms. This role requires translating business and platform strategies into effective, scalable solution architectures while providing guidance to delivery teams across multiple projects, combining hands-on design, coordination, and technical leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting end-to-end solution architectures for systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP (ECC/S4), IoT platforms, and customer-facing portals.
- Defining integration patterns (APIs, events, middleware) among enterprise systems.
- Contributing to the target-state platform architecture and roadmap.
- Ensuring solutions comply with cloud, security, and data standards.
- Supporting CRM ↔ SAP integration projects.
- Facilitating the consolidation of two IoT platforms, including data flows and platform capabilities.
- Assisting in the evaluation of build vs buy vs lease options for customer portals.
- Guaranteeing the seamless integration of customer portals with CRM, SAP, and IoT data.
- Collaborating with product owners, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation.
- Reviewing solution designs and technical decisions.
- Identifying and addressing architectural and integration risks early on.
- Supporting technical decision-making during delivery phases.
- Acting as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams (Cloud, Security, and Data Management), external vendors, and system integrators.
- Communicating architectural decisions effectively to non-technical audiences.
