Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital part of our team, you will:Oversee program and portfolio management to support, stabilize, secure, and maintain IT systems for Legal and Human Resource functions. Work closely with Legal and HR leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges. Evaluate technology options (e.g., HRIS, talent management, legal matter management, contract lifecycle management) and recommend solutions that best fit business needs. Lead the implementation of Legal and HR applications, coordinating efforts with vendors and internal teams for successful deployment. Establish and manage processes for ongoing support, maintenance, upgrades, and data integrity to ensure operational efficiency.
