Universe Group is rapidly expanding, with a growing team and fast-paced office dynamics. We are enhancing our helpdesk function to maintain the speed and quality of our internal infrastructure.
Your future manager will be Yuliia Muts, Head of Employee Experience. You'll collaborate closely with Kyrylo Nedosiekov, Senior Helpdesk Specialist, to not just resolve tickets but build a structured, speedy, and user-friendly internal service for our team of over 400 people.
