Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic IP Attorney to take on the role of Strategic Business Development Lead at Patlytics. This full-time hybrid position is ideal for an IP attorney (e.g., patent prosecutor, IP litigator) with a background in a top-tier law firm. You will spearhead the success of our AI product within the global patent marketplace, fostering relationships with lawyers and patent professionals across law firms, technology firms, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as other enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be on discovering customer-market fit for our innovative offerings and crafting/presenting tailored solutions for patent application preparation, prosecution, portfolio management, due diligence, validity/invalidity assessments, infringement/non-infringement analysis, and other patent-related evaluations. This role is based in New York, NY, with flexible work-from-home options available. Your ability to communicate the value of Patlytics' products will be instrumental in shaping a new era of AI for professionals in the global patent sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and sustain relationships with legal professionals and patent experts in law firms, technology companies, pharmaceutical/biotech firms, and other enterprise clients to drive the adoption of our innovative products.
Identify and assess customer-market fit through a deep understanding of client needs and challenges.
