  • Procurement
  • Bid calculations

At NCC, you will work on one of Zealand's most fascinating renovation projects:

Ågården – Nørrebro, Copenhagen
We are currently renovating Ågården, which consists of 326 housing units, including 40 youth residences. Built between 1988-1990, the five-story building's renovation includes new kitchens and bathrooms, replacement of technical installations, installation of new energy-efficient windows, and replacement of bay windows. Balconies will receive new railings, gable cladding will be replaced, and the ceiling in the building's passageways will be updated to allow more light. The project is expected to be completed by February 2027.

Dommerparken – NV, Copenhagen
In Dommerparken, we will establish new kitchens and bathrooms in 226 apartments, replace windows, and repoint the facades of six apartment blocks. The overarching goal of the renovation is to restore the buildings to their original appearance. The project is expected to conclude in January 2027.

Taastrupgård – Taastrup
Taastrupgård Phase 1 involves a comprehensive renovation of 172 apartments across eight blocks. Old facades will be demolished and replaced with new structures featuring screen bricks and new balconies. Internally, the apartments will receive new electrical and ventilation systems. New wooden floors will be installed, new kitchens will be set up, and all surfaces will be repainted. This will culminate in an exciting landscape project aimed at connecting the areas and creating openness. This project will run until December 2026.

Sønderpark – Ringsted
From June 2024 to February 2028, we will renovate Sønderpark, consisting of eight blocks with a total of 400 apartments. The original buildings were constructed between 1968-1970 as prefabricated concrete structures by Larsen & Nielsen (LN) Construction.
