About this Role
We are in search of an International Strategy & Operations Lead who will be instrumental in guiding data-driven decisions in our global operations. In this role, you will utilize a unique blend of analytical skills, strategic insight, and execution prowess to foster business growth.
As a key member of our International Strategy team, you will have the opportunity to spearhead critical projects from inception to completion. You’ll collaborate across various departments including Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to shape our strategic roadmap through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
This position is perfect for a high-impact individual contributor eager to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and data-centric environment while gaining exposure to diverse functional partnerships.
This role is based out of our London, UK office (3 days in the office).
What You’ll Do
- Analyze complex problems and derive actionable insights.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives that influence company metrics in collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and others.
- Identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, conduct thorough analyses, and present recommendations to Faire’s leadership team based on your findings.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teammates to ensure alignment and drive results.
