About This Role

Join us as a pioneering member of our international sales team! As a Business Development Representative, you will spearhead our go-to-market initiatives, driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation by identifying and qualifying healthcare organizations that can leverage our AI solutions.

In collaboration with our Head of International Sales and founding team, you will help shape our healthcare sales strategies and partnership approaches. This high-impact position is perfect for someone eager to advance their career in healthcare technology sales within a dynamic and fast-growing team. Outstanding performers will have a clear trajectory for promotion to an Account Executive role as we expand.

This position starts as a 3-6 month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leverage outbound automation, traditional cold outreach, and relationship-building techniques to cultivate a strong sales pipeline—actively generating leads rather than waiting for them.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings.
  • Evaluate inbound leads and direct opportunities to the appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, test value propositions, and enhance outreach strategies.
  • Keep precise pipeline data within our CRM while providing insights on outreach effectiveness.
  • Represent Amigo at industry events and conferences to foster relationships and generate leads.
