Your Role
In this pivotal, hands-on role, you will be entrusted with the security, reliability, and scalability of Relay’s internal technology systems.
As our Internal IT & Systems Lead, you will oversee device management, onboarding and offboarding processes, internal tools, and technical support. You will implement an MDM system, maintain a comprehensive asset register, ensure robust insurance coverage, enforce security best practices (including two-factor authentication), and support ongoing compliance requirements using tools like Vanta.
You will be the primary owner of internal technical services, aiming to minimize ad-hoc requests, enhance documentation and processes, and guarantee that every employee possesses the necessary tools and support to operate effectively as the company grows.
