Position Overview:

The Internal Audit Manager will be instrumental in developing and refining our enhanced internal audit function, particularly focusing on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and operational audits. This role will help establish a scalable and robust audit program that supports risk management, control assessments, and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will effectively manage co-sourced resources, collaborate across various departments, and provide valuable insights to optimize our business processes and internal controls. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, this position will engage closely with finance, operations, and other management teams to uphold transparency, integrity, and accountability throughout the organization.

This role is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance two days a week in Stamford, CT, with occasional travel (approximately 20%).
