RequirementsIdeal Candidate Profile:Ph. D. in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field, or a Master's degree supplemented by relevant research experience and publications, with a minimum of 2 years in research and development. Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the deep learning research-and-development cycle, including literature review, model formulation, training, testing, monitoring, fine-tuning, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate complex concepts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the research and development of cutting-edge models for LLM agents addressing decision-making, planning, and reasoning, particularly in open-world virtual environments.

  • Contribute to academic advancements by publishing at prestigious ML conferences, filing impactful patents, and composing scientific technical reports.

  • Assist in the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of research and development frameworks.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and collaborate in a dynamic research setting while communicating solutions for complex learning challenges.

  • Stay informed on the latest developments in ML, focusing on areas such as Transformers, State Space Models, and deep learning, and share insights with the team.
