Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive structural designs from the conceptual phase through to construction for various building types. Prepare engineering design calculations and structural layouts. Craft detailed engineering reports and documentation. Serve as the Structural Engineer-Of-Record (SEOR). Coordinate structural design efforts with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. Create construction documents utilizing Revit software. Draft and review specifications. Examine shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals. Conduct site visits as necessary. Engage in collaborative efforts with architects, engineers, and clients as part of our holistic design approach. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural or Architectural/Structural Engineering.7+ years of experience in structural engineering for new and existing buildings, with expertise in designing systems using concrete, masonry, steel, and wood materials. Proficient in current structural engineering software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM, ADAPT, RISA, Enercalc). Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Solid understanding of commercial building materials and construction methods.
